Bowe and Lidbury was founded in 1989 at the new Maitland Regional Saleyards by John Lidbury and Tony Bowe. This is after they had already worked in the industry for over 30 years. In 2001 Greg Lidbury took up the oppurtunity, from his father John to be director of the company.

Bowe & Lidbury strives focuses on personal attention and professional service to our clients, whether they are big or small. Our success has came from our monthly and weekly livestock sales and the specialising of rural property & clearing sales buy auction or paddock.

Our auctioneers Tony, Greg, Rodney and Michael are more than happy to talk to you at anytime, for the selling and buying of Livestock, Machinery or Rural Properties.

Bowe & Lidbury cover a big area, selling cattle from all over the Lower & Upper Hunter Valley, and attract cattle from far away as Victoria for our monthly Store Cattle Sales and Annual female sales in March and Spring.
