Weekly Monday Cattle/Pig/Sheep SaleBowe & Lidbury conduct a weekly Livestock sale at Maitland Saleyards every Monday. The sale attracts buyers from all over the state competing for Lower Hunter cattle, with a full range of buyers from local butchers, restockers, backgrounders, exporters, and feedlotters. Maitland Saleyards is one of the top ten Saleyards in the state for throughput of livestock, cattle handling facilities and locality.
All liveweight cattle must be at the saleyards, before 9.00pm Sunday evenings the day before a Monday Sale. This is because of curfew requirments for Liveweight Cattle.
At the completion of the sale on a Monday our livestock auctioneers will personally ring you and let you know what your cattle sold for. Back |
